NX Electrician

I called these guys in a panic on Sunday morning. The electric had been tripping most of the night and into the morning. The chap on the phone said that he’d send someone out within the hour. I then got a call back to say that an electrician would be with me within thirty minutes. I was really pleasantly surprised when the electrician turned up early! Rzgar turned up. He was really friendly and very thorough. He tried to explain everything that he came across, but unfortunately, it all went over my head! He managed to get us up and running again, but sadly, not long after he left, the electricity tripped again. However, we believe that the main problem with the electricity is due to a recent flood in the property, and without extensive exploration from an electrician who has time, it is very difficult to determine. £380 spent for three hours work. Really lovely chap that came out. Sadly, we still have problems but the insurance company is going to pay out!

Called them at 9am on a Monday morning and I had a fantastic electrian at my door at 10am the same day and he was very professional and diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem within 20 minutes very happy with the service and customer service

Repeatedly let down by another electrician who failed to return to complete the job. Rang NX Thursday and job competed to good standard at reasonable cost by lunchtime next day. Would definitely recommend and have saved number in my phone for future use! Thank you.

Called at 9am for an emergency as all the power was of in the tropical fish 🐠 house luckily Jude arrived before 10AM & fixed the fault within 2 hours. Lovely friendly guy. Would highly recommend thanks for saving Malawi Mania today much appreciated

Called Nexgen around 8.00pm, they had arrived for 8.50pm. Operative found the issue with the pull cord and replaced it fairly quickly. Would definitely recommend!!

I had an emergency with my electric shower (15/06/2025) and called Nextgen Electrical. Jude arrived within 30 minutes and quickly diagnosed the problem, a faulty ceiling pull cord switch and corroded wiring that had caught fire. He did an amazing job replacing the switch and carefully cleaning up the wiring, clipping away the burnt and damaged parts. His attention to detail and safety was excellent. He even stayed after completing the job to make sure everything was working properly, which gave me real peace of mind. Jude is a top-quality electrician - professional, efficient, and very reassuring. The team at the office was also fantastic - very professional. Highly recommend Nextgen Electrical, especially Jude!

NX Electrician did a great job installing new lighting and sockets in our kitchen. Everything was done to a high standard, and they cleaned up after themselves too. Honest pricing and no surprises. 10/10!

I had problems with the ceiling lights in my shower room. NX Electrition provided a prompt service, identified the problem and fixed it straight away.
